I picked this book over last winter break as it had lots of good reviews, it was high on most read charts, and I wanted to read something that was non-technical and down-to-earth / in-your-face. Also, the author starts of discussing about Charles Bukowski’s life :) So, this was a perfect pick.

Did I like it? Yes, it was a easy, brisk, and fun read. While it reads like a self-help book (may be, it is?), it does present some interesting viewpoints. Here are few that I liked.

  1. Maturity is what happens when one learns to only give a fuck about what’s truly fuckworthy.
